Intervision
If you encounter a challenging case, simply email a description of it to our partner coordinator. We'll then reach out to you to arrange a 2-hour online or in-person peer consultation session, open to other professionals in the field, including alumni of our programs and network partners. A skilled facilitator will lead the discussion, employing a structured approach called the incident method, where practical scenarios or work incidents are dissected. This collaborative process taps into diverse perspectives, experiences, and insights, fostering deep reflection and practical solutions.
This service is tailored for healthcare professionals (such as psychologists, educational psychologists, coaches, etc.) already engaged with gifted and talented individuals who seek specific advice for a particular case.
Pricing
Online peer consultation sessions are preferred. However, for in-person sessions, the case presenter must provide a meeting space. Additionally, travel expenses for the facilitator will apply. A minimum of four additional paying participants, besides the case presenter and facilitator, is required for the session to proceed.
- Case presenter: €80,- (excluding 21% VAT)
- Each additional participant (external or from the organization): €15,- (excluding 21% VAT)
- Facilitator travel allowance: €1,-/km (0% VAT)
