I’m An, a coach at my practice, TalentRijk. Here, I aim to support others in finding their way to solutions for those who deal with fast, intense, creative, and complex thinkers—or who recognize these traits in themselves. I work from a foundation of knowledge and insights that can lead to growth and personal development.
Through my children and family members, I came into contact with the sometimes bumpy road of giftedness. Bit by bit, I began to realize how many unanswered questions in my life this could explain. This sparked my curiosity. I quickly noticed how little awareness and support systems existed—both in and outside of schools and healthcare. As someone who tends to look for answers in training and education, I did just that. After a long search and consulting a number of professionals, I found my way to Hoogbloeier® and enrolled in the advanced and expert-level training programs. It opened up a new world. Many growth processes began—in myself, in my parenting, and in my children's educational journeys. A new ambition was born!
As a speech therapist, I had already worked closely with schools, served as a care coordinator in a primary school, and encountered many people searching for “tailored care.” I’ve also found that many adults are still searching for the same kind of support. With all the knowledge and insights I’ve gathered, I now want to walk alongside others to strengthen the support systems around giftedness.
