I’m Valentine, and in my practice, I support (gifted) adults who are searching, struggling, or feeling stuck. 

“Giftedness and career” have been the common thread throughout my life. It has returned time and again—starting about 20 years ago with the giftedness of my two sons, my own personal development, and later through the clients I attract and love working with. I had no choice but to dive deeper and specialize in this field. 

For many years now, my greatest motivation has been to help adults reach their full potential, enabling them to use their strengths and truly stand in their power. To be okay with who they are, even in their “different” way of being, feeling, or thinking. 

As a coach, I work with you to discover the values and talents that are uniquely yours—what drives you. This might be work-related, but just as often it’s about wanting to better understand yourself and gain clarity about the gifted traits that shape who you are. 

My fellow coaches often say I see people differently—more broadly and holistically: seeing the whole person, reading between the lines, and sensing what’s truly going on. For me, that comes naturally. 

I encourage self-reflection and help you reconnect with what truly matters to you—who you are and what you want to do. We’ll focus on your strengths. I work from a place of connection and respect.

Sensitive, perceptive, and with a touch of humor, I help you move forward so you can bring out the best in yourself.

In addition to training and courses in giftedness, NLP, coaching, stress and burnout coaching, and career coaching, I’ve completed several advanced programs including Disc®, development-oriented coaching for people with perfectionism, conflict guidance, the Enneagram, and mindfulness. I also have personal, professional, and volunteer experience with both highly sensitive and gifted adults and children. I work in a warm and welcoming group practice on the outskirts of Schilde.
