Coach

I am Tamara. With my practice Altamente I support gifted children and adolescents. This can be done by guiding them directly and/or by advising and supporting parents and teachers/schools. My connecting attitude is my strength because, through an open attitude and clear communication between the parties involved, the best results can be achieved.

I like to work in a solution-oriented way. That means that after the introductory phase, I work with the gifted person and/or the parents to see what approach will be chosen to improve the existing situation. The gifted person plays an important role in this and is in control. He/she chooses where change is desired and must also make the commitment to work towards that change. I provide appropriate advice, support, and feedback.

I followed the intensive in-depth and expert training at Hoogbloeier® to specialize in giftedness. I was able to develop my coaching and communication skills in my previous jobs. My own experience as a gifted mother of a gifted son also contributes to my expertise. I commit myself to continuous development through training, courses, and books.

Giftedness can cause problems, but it also offers many opportunities. Together with you, I would like to see how we can ensure that this potential can flourish.
